Delivery Coverage

AuraFit delivers nationwide across Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all major cities and towns.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,500
  • Orders below PKR 2,500 are subject to a standard delivery charge applied at checkout


Payment Method

AuraFit operates on Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when your order arrives — no advance payment required.


Order Confirmation Advance

To confirm and secure your order, the following advance payment conditions apply:

  • Orders above PKR 5,000 require a confirmation advance of PKR 500 – PKR 1,000 before dispatch
  • The advance amount is deducted from your total — you pay the remaining balance on delivery
  • Customers may choose to pay the full amount in advance if they prefer
  • Orders above PKR 5,000 will not be dispatched until the confirmation advance is received

Advance payment can be made via bank transfer. Our team will share payment details with you via WhatsApp upon order confirmation.


Failed Delivery & Advance Policy

If an order is marked as failed delivery and returned to us:

  • The returned order will not be re-shipped without a confirmation advance — regardless of order value
  • Any future orders placed by the same customer will also require a confirmation advance before dispatch
  • This policy exists to protect both parties and ensure serious buyers receive priority service

If you believe your order was marked failed delivery in error, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed
  • You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, your order can be tracked via the tracking number shared with you on WhatsApp or SMS. You can also contact our support team for a real-time update on your order status.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier at the time of receipt
  • Contact AuraFit immediately via WhatsApp with photos
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
