Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must first be approved before sending items back. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
